Rewarded: How to create TMA Rewarded ads

A Rewarded ad is an In-Stream ad that you can create either during campaign setup or separately for later selection. This guide focuses on the separate ad creation process within your OnClickA account. 

You can create a Rewarded video or Rewarded post:

Overview 

Step 1. Go to Ads → Click on In-Stream → Click on Create Video/In-stream.
Step 2. Select ad type. Choose to keep it as Video or opt for a Rewarded Post.
Step 3. Fill out the fields and upload your files: 
Note that the requirements vary for videos and posts.
Step 4. Click on Save.

By following these steps, you'll create the Rewarded ad for your Telegram Mini App campaign.

Creation Guide

Step 1

Go to Ads → Click on In-Stream → Click on Create Video/In-stream.

Step 2

Select ad type. Choose to keep it as Video or opt for Rewarded Post.

Let’s first explore Rewarded videos.

Step 3. For Rewarded videos

1️⃣

Fill out the fields in the Create In-stream section:

ℹ️ Name your In-stream ad as you like. This name will only be viewed within our service to help you differentiate one ad from another.
ℹ️ Select in-stream ad type. For a Rewarded video ad, keep the type set to Video.
ℹ️ Skip time is set to 5 seconds by defaults for TMA. Please keep it as is to ensure smooth traffic flow.

2️⃣

Fill out the fields in the Creative #1 section:

ℹ️ URL #1 is the URL of your creative.
ℹ️ Tokens. You can skip it for now: Telegram makes it challenging to track conversions.

3️⃣

Upload your video according to our recommendations:

Since this format is mainly viewed on mobile devices, we suggest uploading portrait/vertical videos for the best experience. Square or landscape videos are also acceptable.

• Up to 50 MB
• Starting at 10 seconds

Step 3. For Rewarded posts

Here let’s look at Rewarded posts. 

1️⃣

Fill out the fields in the Create In-stream section:

ℹ️ Name your In-stream ad as you like. This name will only be viewed within our service to help you differentiate one ad from another.
ℹ️ Select in-stream ad type. For a Rewarded post ad, scroll right if necessary and select Rewarded Post.

2️⃣

Fill out the fields in the Creative #1 section and upload files:

ℹ️ URL #1 is the URL of your creative.
ℹ️ Tokens. You can skip it for now: Telegram makes it challenging to track conversions.
ℹ️ Uploading requirements
Ensure your image and icon meet the following:

• JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG
• Up to 800 KB

Dimensions: Ideally, use a 1:1 (square) ratio for both image and icon.

3️⃣

Fill out other fields:

ℹ️ Title: between 3–30 symbols
ℹ️ Description: between 10–100 symbols
ℹ️ Brand name is up to 20 symbols.
ℹ️ Button text. Type the text you want to display on the button.

Step 4

Save your Rewarded video or post ad:
