We know many of you have been waiting for this update. Until recently, First-View/Click Popunder Targeting could only be set up through your manager. Now things are easier: just ask your manager once to activate the option, and from then on you’ll be able to run and adjust everything yourself in self-serve.
Why advertisers are using it
Many advertisers have already tested First-View/Click Popunder Targeting — and it quickly became one of the most requested popunder features in self-serve. Why? Because it gives them exactly what they need:
- Catch attention early — showing the popunder on the very first view often means higher CTR and stronger engagement.
- Room to experiment — you’re not limited to just one setup. Test first impression, up to 5th, or your own custom range, and compare results.
- Smarter optimization — seeing which timing converts best helps advertisers focus budget where it works.
How to connect it

1. Contact your manager once to enable the feature.
2. Create a new campaign and select Popunder.
3. Open the Targeting tab → Parameters.
4. Pick the timing option that suits your strategy:
- First view
- Up to 5th view
- Custom range
- All views
5. Save your settings and launch the campaign.
That’s it — quick setup, flexible testing, and more control in your hands.
